Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

2 Chicken Breasts 1 Bag of Spinach 1 8oz tub of Feta Cheese 2 cloves of garlic 1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 TBSP of Mayo 1 TBSP of Joseph-Que "Dom's Magic Dust" 1 TBSP of chopped parsley Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions: Preheat Oven to 375° Butterfly chicken breast and pound with hammer or rolling pin. Take garlic cloves and saute in olive oil over medium heat. Add Spinach and cook till fully wilted. Take spinach and garlic and add to bowl with feta and mayo, mix evenly with salt and pepper. Liberally dust chicken breasts with Joseph-Que and then stuff with Spinach Feta mixture. Bake for 30-40mins or until breasts temp to 165°. Sprinkle chopped parsley of finished product and serve.
